Microsoft Office 365 Lead

Job description

The Microsoft Office 365 lead is a role within the Architecture & Infrastructure team. It’s an exciting time to join AAT as we are embarking on the next phase of our Microsoft Office 365 journey. This role will drive change by engaging with our staff and delivering our Microsoft Office 365 platform to its full potential.

What exactly will you be doing?

You’ll be immediately involved with implementing our SharePoint online project which is relatively new to AAT. This is a great opportunity to meet with staff, understand their needs and implement SharePoint online accordingly with the wealth of experience you bring, with a view to raising awareness and implement other Microsoft Office 365 technologies in accordance to our business objectives and ICT roadmap.

What experience would it be good to have?

For our Microsoft Office 365 platform to be a real enabler to achieve our business goals and achieve business productivity, it is essential that you have in depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 products and functionality. This will put you in a great position to enthuse members of staff of Microsoft Office 365 capabilities, promote change, advise on best practices and recommend solutions which will benefit AAT. Whilst achieving the above, you’ll understand the opportunities for maximising the ROI available to us and continuously strive to communicate this to key individuals in the organisation to encourage uptake and usage. You’ll also be mindful of ensuring that all of our systems and processes are GDPR compliant and future proof.

What can we offer you in return?

We have recently won the ‘Employer Newcomer of the Year’ award by the City of London’s ‘The Brokerage’ for our work with our first intake of summer interns. We learnt so much from them and they had a really valuable experience . We are also a Sunday Times best companies winner, having been deemed by staff to be a fun place to work, with an 82% positive score, ranked fifth. We have a pretty good medical cover (includes things like dental and optical expenses), fresh fruit, company pension contributions. We believe in equality in the workplace, we have signed up to the women in finance charter and the employers network for equality and inclusion. Come and help us to make AAT an even better place to work!
