Customer Renewals Co-ordinator- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job description

We're a bit obsessed with Customer Service at AAT and our Customer Operations team strive to provide customers with the best possible experience. We're now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Renewals Coordinator for our team to manage the end to end renewal cycle while delivering excellent customer service.


What exactly will you be doing? 

You'll be managing on a day-to-day basis our processes for contacting members and subscribers to encourage them to renew their subscription/membership with us, which rolls on an annual basis. You'll do this by working with internal and external teams to deliver a timely, well-executed and accurate renewal cycle. You'll manage invoicing and communications and ensure effective and efficient collection of membership fees via Direct Debits.  


You'll prepare reports on the payment, renewal and lapsing trends, so as to support Customer Operations and Finance Teams with budgets and forecast, as well as to assist in the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns.


You'll proactively seek and identify opportunities for improvements to ensure we work in an effective and efficient manner.


Phew – it’s a busy role.  But don’t worry, you won’t be alone! The Customer Operations team is a fun loving collaborative team so you’ll get plenty of support, and you will have lots of opportunity to get to know the other people working here.

Requirements

What experience would it be good to have? 

Excellent communications, data analysis, organisation and time management skills are vital for this role.  As we’re all about the customer, experience in a customer service industry is also crucial. Our perfect candidate would have previously worked in an membership body, however this is not essential. What is essential is your positive attitude to driving change and improvements, and having examples that you can use to highlight this.
