Business Analyst permanent position

This is a central role within the Change Programme team focused to support AAT’s operational excellence objective. It’s a vital position to support the Change Programme delivery with the business analysis and process improvement activities. This role will also support business stakeholders with writing business cases for proposed initiatives and PMO with setting up project benefit management function.


What exactly will you be doing? 

You will be leading business analysis function within the Change Programme and get involved in strategic and business initiatives run by the PMO. You will collaborate on planning and business cases formulation, partner to drive process improvement, and contribute to quality of projects.


Requirements

What experience would it be good to have? 

Analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential in this role. Confidence to challenge processes to bring the best solutions for stakeholders is paramount. Understanding of AAT and passion for our mission are also very important. Ability to see big picture and also dive into detail and collaborative, can-do attitude are key.
