Benefits and Services Coordinator

Job description

Our Benefits and Services team is focused on delivering the best possible suite of services for our range of customers and thereby improving engagement and satisfaction levels across these key audiences -  students, members, training providers and employers.

We are a team of seven, and we like to have a positive and proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.

What exactly will you be doing?

With a strong customer service approach you’ll be coordinating and supporting the running of our UK-wide volunteer-run branch network, building relationships with our members and supporting them to ensure their branch is run effectively.

You’ll be supporting the development and operational management of a range of dedicated online and offline CPD resources designed to support and develop professional members throughout their membership journey, hereby encouraging progression and retention amongst this member group.

Alongside this you’ll be ensuring the programme of member CPD and benefits and services is promoted effectively, and that member engagement with these resources, including feedback, is reported accurately and analysed regularly.

This is a very busy and exciting role where you will have lots of opportunity to work directly with our members and multiple teams across the organisation.

If you are interested in finding out more, please submit your CV via the link below.  We would love to have a cover letter from you just to hear more about your passion for customer service.

What can we offer you in return?

We’re proud to have been named in the Sunday Times best companies award in 2017  particularly deemed by staff to be a fun place to work, with an 82% positive score, ranked fifth. We have a pretty good medical cover (includes things like dental and optical expenses), fresh fruit, company pension contributions.  We believe in equality in the workplace, we have signed up to the women in finance charter and the employers network for equality and inclusion. Come and help us to make AAT an even better place to work!

What experience would be good to have?

Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills are key for this busy role. It’s also important that you’re comfortable dealing with people both within the organisation and externally as you will be developing close relationships with AAT’s volunteer network. You’ll be expected to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively.
