Assistant Product Manager (Accounting Qualifications)

The Assistant Product Manager (Accounting Qualifications) has a particularly exciting role to play with responsibility for developing and delivering strategies to support AAT’s students and Accounting Qualifications.


The role sits in the Markets and Products (MAP) team, which is a key function at AAT tasked with driving activity to support the business plan and encourage collaboration and efficiencies across the organisation.


What will you be doing?

You’ll coordinate strategies and drive actions to support AAT’s business KPIs for Accounting Qualifications.

You’ll work with others in a collaborative way to deliver projects and meet targets.


We always try to make sure that we are positive and enthusiastic in our approach when working with our colleagues, working in this way is essential. 



We are looking for someone who has experience of driving strategies, implementing action plans and developing products. We need you to be passionate about helping AAT meet its goals and you’ll be supporting colleagues across MAP and the business to deliver these. An ability to identify trends and turn insight into action would be advantageous. A good understanding of education and our suite of qualifications would also help. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who has an ability to get work delivered and make things happen, on time and to budget.

Additionally, a customer or product focused background, ideally in Marketing, would also be desirable.
