AAT is the UK’s leading qualification and professional membership body for vocational accountants. We pride ourselves on providing practical qualifications that meet the needs of both employers and employees. 

  • We have around 140,000 members in more than 90 countries.
  • We award around 90% of all vocational qualifications in accounting.
  • We work with more than 550 AAT approved training providers around the world.

Our members are represented at every level of the finance and accounting world, including students, accountancy and finance professionals and self-employed business owners.

AAT members are ambitious, focused accounting professionals. Many occupy senior, well rewarded positions with thousands of employers - from blue chip corporate giants to public sector institutions.

Our head office is based in Barbican, London and we have Regional Account Managers positioned across the UK.

Our people
